Huge thanks to Josh and the team for helping me in purchasing an exhaust system for my bike. They knew exactly what I was after and offered me the best deal in the town. I've been in your shop 3 times I'm newish to Taranaki and I'm a motorcycle enthusiast I have many bikes I bought some stuff of the shelf the first time and took it to the counter after no one offered any help i purchased about $400 of MX gear for my kids the other two times no one asked me if I needed help staff too busy socialising in the silly coffee shop with what didn't look like customers I stood around the trade desk for 5 minutes and the parts guy just kept looking at me and proceeded to do other things on his computer needed to order a part for my 660 Raptor I also stood by a bike on the showroom floor for 5-10mins looking it well over I was actually interested in asking about it but no one came over it was a week day there was several staff around and the shop was nearly empty other than coffee yupies I was a bike mechanic in the 90s and 2000s in a Wellington dealership and was totally unexpected behavior I won't return to your shop ever again I walked into one of your competitors shops the same day and was greeted instantly with a friendly smile and they helped me with what I wanted $300 sale you didn't get on the day due to neglect and poor staffing attitude not ok in a current retail environment I don't have time in my life to praise people all the time but when I'm disappointed in customer service this was yesterday your gonna hear about it champ wasnt a friendly family feeling I got being in your shop yesterday
Took my Vstar for a WOF and they recommended checking the driveshaft, I said okay. Ended up charging me $600 and returning the bike with a leak from the diff. Took it back and they still didn't stop the leak. Ended up getting the parts off them and doing it myself. They had pinched a seal during reassembly.

Very friendly staff. Always helpful. Good deals on second hand bikes and new gear. Well stocked with heaps to choose from.
It's not a massive shop but they have enough staff to cover busy days and in store coffee to wake you up on those early shopping sprees. The mechanics are top notch, super handy, super friendly, and just really easy to communicate with. One star off 5 because you cant do 4.5 and i wish it were a bigger store with more bikes and even more apparel
