Story

Why do I do this work? What drives me to help people be better? This started at an early age.

I do my work – help people to understand themselves and help them improve as people – because I had some tough teenage years – I was small, lacked confidence, went to a tough school, mum was a solo parent bringing up 3 teenagers – I had to make a lot of decisions on my own and received limited guidance – so I learned to work as hard as possible at sport, work and school. In the end it became a habit for me to try and improve myself – so that I now work at improving others.

By helping myself I went from low confidence to Head Boy during these years. More years of doubt were to come and I only wonder if I had the help I now give others how it could have empowered me.

My purpose in life is to help others be better people – and this started when I was young – but I didn’t know it then.

I bring 20 years of sports experience on and off the field at grassroots, regional and national level.
