Simple but nice food at reasonable price. Excellent service from the staff.
The customer service is awesome, we are always greeted with a smile. The food is cooked well and tastes delicious with good portion sizes. The daily meal deals have a vast selection and are a great idea to keep customers in and costs down. We will definitely keep coming back.
Really nice meal, attentive and friendly wait staff, the pricing is as you'd expect from a tourist town but the atmosphere and food was worth it.
Lovely atmosphere. Steaks were delicious however one was underdone. Chips were disappointing and unfortunately a hair in one of our desserts.

Fantastic friendly service! Delicious food at a great price! We went for dinner it was excellent so went back for breakfast and service and food was equally delicious! Have had a wonderful meal at Macs Steakhouse tonight. Duck pate entree was amazing and the steak main well done cooked to perfection.Will be back again next time visiting Rotorua. Thanks for a wonderful meal
Don't recommend, over priced for what you get. Half the meal was cold. Plates weren't clean, table wasn't clean. We left hungry and unhappy. Definitely won't be back
