A friend and I decided on the spur of the moment to have a Sunday lunch at Ma Rew's. We had been before, and everything was as we remembered. Service was excellent, the food extremely flavoursome and fresh cooked. It is a pity not many customers. The evening menu is quite large but restricted for lunch. Parking outside and well worth driving that little bit further.
One of the best Tom Kha soups I have had! The green curry was fantastic too and the carrot salad was morish. Love it and definitely recommend it. It’s a hidden gem in Hibiscus coast.
Great little place. We’ve been there several times and tried a dozen dishes so far. They were all very nice with the exception of the chicken macadamia, which was dry and lacked flavour. Will be back to try more dishes though :
I highly recommend this place! The reviews are spot on. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the Panang Curry and Pad Thai. The customer service is also top-notch, making the dining experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!

Lighting and decoration is also good for ansmall takeaway place.nPrice - the food is very cheap, with decent portion sizes.nService- Waited about 5 mins for food to arrive.nnThe bad: Mainly the quality of the food. The peanut sauce didn't usengood peanut butter. The food was not too salty, but my tummynfelt bad after eating, even so I only ate about 75% of my plate sondidn't stuff myself. I believe this is from the excessive amountnof cheap oil used, and the meat had a rubbery texture.nnOverall the experience was ok, but as I really enjoy eating I would rather pay a bit more elsewhere for better quality food.
