Polynesian Ancestral Nations conference
Our group have been working with Malaysia since 2006, building solid and trusting relationships that are now poised to open up exciting opportunities in cultural exchange, education, training, trade and commerce among 33 Austronesian Nations . We see Malaysia as an important whanau member to help build relationships that will once again link these ancestral nations for mutual support in all our endeavours.
In July 2012 Maori participated in the inaugural Austronesian Nations conference in Negeri Sembilan Malaysia The World Malay Polynesia Organisation was formed with the founding principals
