A great hotel which we will definitely return to. We have been to Llandudno hundreds of times but have never stayed here before. Everything was perfect...breakfast, cleanliness, welcoming owners, a great honesty bar etc etc. And the sun was shining!Rooms: 5/5

A beautiful guest house ,lovely friendly owners, gorgeous sitting area with an honest bar, how lovely is that all spotlessly clean, very cosy , nice size bedroom with en suite all tastefully decorated , freshly cook breakfast plus cereal fresh orange etc ,highly recommended, great location, nobody could be disappointed ever. You can tell they take pride in what they do, it shows , well done

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights over Easter. We had a magical stay, our room was immaculately clean. Plenty of storage plus little touches like clipper tea - my fav, Toiletries and ear plugs. The whole place is beautifully furnished and there is a large comfortable lounge on the ground floor with TV, mini bar, games & books. Breakfast was fit for a king or Queen. Eggs Benedict being my personal favourite. We loved our stay, Mark & Sheridan thank you!

The hosts were so friendly and kind. My room was clean and comfortable. Probably the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in. Delicious breakfast including really nice veggie sausages.
