Sadly the worst pie I've eaten in a long time, base of pie was doughy & undercooked, the steak n cheese pie consisted of gravy only..no meat pieces & no visible cheese. Also had a different taste not one I enjoyed to any other steak n cheese pie I've ever eaten. I won't be opting for your brand of pies again in the future I'm afraid.

Can't believe I never wrote a review of these fantastic pies from a loved Kiwi Brand. I've been eating these pies for years. But my all time favourite is the Double Happy. Meat filling for me has the right combination of meats and carrot which gives it a sweetness synonymous with this Double Happy. I've been living in Australia since 2009 but not a day does without me thinking of a Luv-a-Pie. - LUV-A-PIE Fan since the 90s... Churr - P.S come to Australia!

Bloody delicious, I love pie s and these are 10/10

Purchased from Pak&Save as there were no other brands available. Quality tasting pastry but very little fillings inside that results in a chalk like dryness when chewing and swallowing.

Just tried a Luv-a-pie Steak & Cheese pie for Friday Pieday, worst pie ever!. Not one piece of steak, it was all gravy. And don't know if there was any cheese, didn't taste or see any but it could have been disguised by the gravy. I knew it wouldn't be a gourmet pie but didn't expect it to be that bad.

Best pies I have ever eaten. Good quality meat inside and it's not all mush and gravy and the pastry is not dry and powdery. Worth every cent and would highly recommend.

Disgusting.. Hard to get a nice pie. Matamata New world has the yummiest pies, and a bakery in Waihi who won the golden pie award yum! I'll stick to my bake shake pies when I can't get to either of those places or make my own!

The BEST pies in NZ! Everytime I go home to Korea, I take home a dozen Luvapie pies - because their pastry is phenomenal, especially the flaky lid.The fillings are always wholesome and delicious - with a wide variety. Highly recommended!

Every weekday, the shop off Favona in Mangere East knows my order for 2 x Pies. Steak & Cheese and Mince & Cheese....Yummy, and always smells like when I was in Primary school, when the lunch runner comes in with the lunches...100% worth the price NZ.

Was at school camp and today kids were given hot pies I had thee chicken delicious yummy outstanding Love thee chicken pies I had to ask Carey park where they got their pies from and said luv a pie so I've just googled and wanted to find them and maybe order more for home eats , very yum apparently gluten free ones are well lives today as well so good on u their yum because homemade no machine work
