Lady inside closed shop at 4:27, despite there is still 30 min around. Driving all the way from Albany as other store mentioned there is only ponsonby has some stock left. Disappointed.
It was my second time in today and it was fairly busy but there was plenty of staff on. All the staff were super helpful and delivered their famous, excellent customer service, which is so refreshing. I got to replace my old leggings with a fault for a new pair, thanks to a lovely gentleman who helped me but I can’t recall his name, and it honestly made my day! I’m not one to splash the cash normally but these leggings are so worth every single penny even if you regularly use and wash them, thanks!
I visited the Ponsonby store this afternoon at 3.00pm for 30minutes. Tried on several pairs of track pants. Looked at a few other items. No staff member spoke to me at any point. Went to pay and there was 6 people on the queue. Put the $145 item back on the rack and left. Now that I have the size I will order it on line. The most surprising thing is that the customer service that I have previously experienced at this store together with Auckland CBD as well as Mount Maunganui have always been beyond excellent - absolutely outstanding! Perhaps my expectations are now too high. Love their gear so will probably be back regardless.
First time going into the store and the staff were absolutely fantastic. All of them friendly, helpful and beautiful even the solo male staff member there. Love how they wear the clothes too. Makes me want to buy every pair or everything! Was only looking at getting one pair of crops and now I have 4 and I'm totally getting many more. I love the clothes! Sexy, sporty and great quality. I will be back
The address is incorrect? Where is this store? Why have there been no updates? Tried to contact via phone but no help whatsoever.
Fantastic athletic wear, very well made and comfortable. Quite expensive, but the clothing is long lasting, so worth it. Staff can be a bit overwhelming, as they constantly try to help you, even when you're just trying to browse.
Friendly staff and great sportswear. Large variety which I didn't expect but I was pleasantly pleased.
