I have used Louvres by Design a number of times and always found their product and communication first class. Great to deal with.
We were absolutely delighted with the louvre roof we had installed by Louvres by Design - and have already recommended them to numerous friends who have admired our new covered outdoor space.nThe whole process was made easy by Damien and his team, he had some great ideas on the design, talked us through the process and exceeded our expectations with the final result. It is wonderful to have an outside space we can now use year round.nTop service from a friendly, efficient Kiwi business.
we have our new louvres installed by Damien and his team on our neighbour's recommendation about 6 months ago and have been having endless problems ever since. it started with the sides leaking and water dripping down the weatherboard on one side every time it rains. In heavy rain, the water bounced off the roof and we get a shower under the louvres. Yesterday with the steady rain, we found 3 of the blades dripping with water.nLouvres By Design's responses have been disappointing to say the least.nDamien told us that it is supposed to be like that because the structure is not supposed to be weathertight!! what about waterproofing their blades? so if we want to sit outside in summer or winter when it rains, we can expect to get a shower and get wet! with dripping water! we spend over $20,000 and get ourselves a big lemon!nDamien's blades are not waterproof when it should be. Instead of apologising for bad workmanship and fixing the problems promptly, we simply have excuses after excuses, and the problems are still NOT FIXED.nwe will take this further if it is not fixed early in the new year.
John. Damien and the team at Louvers by Design have given us a very positive experience. They arrive on time. Provide an explanation of all parts of the process and deliver an amazing product. You may have to wait a little as they are really busy however we’ll worth a few extra days. We would give them a 10/10 and would hesitate in recommending them to others
