They takes time to understand your expectations, really gets to know your hair before they recommend anything. Best hair cut I have ever had. I did not feel stressed or awkward explaining the style I wanted and I love my hair so much. My stylist, Joumana, listened to me and looked at the photos I brought for reference and then absolutely nailed it. Joumanna is the best! I've been going to her for a year to get my bangs trimmed, today I finally went for a haircut. I was so nervous to cut my hair, but she talked me through everything and went slow. Super happy with her and her service.

BEWARE….I wish I could give a 0 star coz that’s how bad my experience was at the Lounge Salon. I went in for removal of my hair extensions and I wish I knew in that moment that I was going to regret it over the coming years. I had an appointment with Briar Cook who removed my extensions, little did I know that when she will finish the horrible work, I would be left with literally no hair beyond my neck. I paid about $220 to come home with no hair. THE WORST HAIRDRESSER AND SALON EVER.. all she said at the end was Aww you’ll be fine, they will grow back!!!! I still cry to this day..Service: Hair extensions
