I recently completed the 10 week relaxation course through Lotus College which I thoroughly enjoyed.nnSandy is very knowledgeable and I feel privileged to have been able to learn from her. In this course you learn to give a full body relaxation massage that takes around 1.5 hours. In each class you learn the moves required for a particular area and also information about the muscle groups.
