Delicious Mexican food with many creative a delicious Mango& Chipotle margarita! Had tortilla chips and dips, Birra Tacos and Chicken quesodilla. Everything was amazing. Good vibes and great service!Food: 5/5
I called in on this Sunday night, after not knowing what to have for dinner. The staff were very welcoming! For drinks I decided go go were non-alcholic and made in store by the staff. I had some famous Mexican fermented drinks- Tepache and Horchata! The food was divine- Cervaiche with corn chips and their hot sauces plus the Chorizo Tacos. Probably one of the best Mexican meals I've had so far, but also best dinner so far in Wellington for my a week and a half stay! Everything was incredible the service, food and everything! Meal priced were reasonable too!!
The staff were friendly and fairly attentive, so I can't fault that. But the portion sizes were abysmal for the price. I felt like I got a Happy Meal. Good food can overcome small portions, but the quality of the food was also lacking. It was a fairly expensive outing for not much, sadly.Food: 2/5
Great service got us quickly sat down and served without reservation early on a busy Saturday night. Food was fresh and tasty, portions not huge but that seems standard with Mexican. Service was friendly and attentive and hungry family was fed pretty quickly. Nut free restaurant which was great for our daughter. Would happily come back. Dietary restrictions: Nut free
Really good night out on 5/7/24. We were booked in elsewhere but had to make a last minute change. Walked in and managed to get a table, we were so pleased we did. The guacamole was amazing and so were the tacos and red rice we had. The service was great too and everyone was very friendly. We will be back!
Great food and service . Work ethic of the bar girl with the pink hair was outstanding. If she had a quiet second she was restocking shelves or giving fridges a quick clean. She absolutely owned it. I know this industry is notorious for not paying good staff well so I hope she is paid her worth. Note she also set the tone for a friendly feeling environment. 10/10 I would recommend trying this place.
It’s Taco Tuesday! A palm size taco costs only NZD4 and you can create as many combinations as you wish. Perfect for a solo diner and fun for a group of friends too! The staff are super friendly Food: 5/5
I love the atmosphere of this place. Great music, beautiful colourful decor and excellent food that also looks great. The chicken taco with pineapple is amazing! It is a touch more expensive than I think suits but still worth it.Food: 5/5

Love the venue. It is neat and clean. The music complimented the place which gave a feel good ambiance. The service was great with welcoming staff. Now the food. All the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. We've had: Birria tacos, and Al pastor. Both of these have their unique smoky barbecue taste. Queso fondito sharing plates. Nice and crispy and perfect pairing sauce. Tamal frito is yummy and the banana leaves gave this dish a taste of home. The guacamole with house made chips. The chunky avocados, pickels were bursting with flavours. The churros were crispy from the outside and soft inside. The chocolate ganache and dulce de leche with hint of rasberry crisp was the best churros in Wellington. And my favourite, the crispy market fish tacos. After having all those food, this served as a palate cleanser. If you'd tasted the Philippine okoy - it is similar. But bursting with fresh flavour. The drinks, Horchata and Tepache were both refreshingly good. And if yoy like, they also have various house sauce.
