I was in the Penrose shop 3 days ago. I had 3 gift vouchers to spend. I had 2 $100 gift vouchers which I received as a birthday gift in July, and 1 gift voucher $50 I received Mother's Day in May, total of $250.00. The computer was down in the store. With my vouchers I got 2 pairs of leggings, and a free t-shirt, I paid a balance of $14 by card on their eftpos. The Lady took my email details, she wrote it in a book, and promised me she would email me the following day with a receipt of my purchases etc. That was 3 days ago. I have tried phoning today, no-one is answering the store phone at Penrose.
I just ordered online some yoga and active wear. The items came within 24 hours and are fabulous. Gone is my usual Lululemon and in with this great brand. I love the cut and sizing.... perfect! Thank you.
Terrible customer service and inter shop communications. Not possible to find which product of a specific size is avialable in which store. Had to order online and return policy is not customer friendly either! Online orders cannot be returned via shop, only by shipping back to Penrose Jorna Jane store. We've phisically been there today and they refused to take our online order, we have to send it to the SAME address! Lululemon is a miles ahead when it comes to customer service. Good for the owner to admit that return process is far from ideal. Hopefully this would be fixed soon.
Love the product but update your hours on Google so they are actually correct. Its not that hard. Just went to the great south road location and it's definitely not open today, super annoying to drive all that way for nothing.
Recently opened, first NZ branch and local warehouse. Lovely store with two generous changing rooms. Service was excellent! If your size isn't on the floor, just ask - they have heaps out back.
It s missing one item on my order. I tried to contact Penrose store. I ordered 7items but I got only 6items. Please investigation my order. Order no.NZL00075958
I recently visited the Commercial Bay Auckland store and was blown away by the very gorgeous, vivacious, friendly and professional Jen : who made my friend and I feel like VIPs!
Amazing service. Amazing clothes. Just amazing. If you want to be comfortable and fashionable all in one this is the place to go.
Great place for sporting cloths for women.
Showroom is great with friendly helpful staff. Excellent quality clothing for any occasion.
