Building itself is worth seeing. Free entrance, different art shows on different times.
A wonderful place for culture! Cinema, concerts and more in one of the most beautiful areas of Auckland. The view from the top is amazing and the Theatre is elegant, comfy and versatile. There is a food court next door for dinner after the show.
Upstairs gallery in Lopdell House is a great place to visit if you want to see and be inspired by works of many genre from the local arts community. Exhibitions change often, as does the selection of prints and cards, jewelry, ceramics etc.
Lovely wee arts precinct. The main gallery Te Uru is world class and is worth a visit for the architecture alone. There is also a small community gallery selling the work of local artists, and a great little theatre downstairs.
Love the art, gift shop and theatre. Also good local services operated out of the offices. Nice seminar room, too. A place for community to come together.
