Story

All items are handmade by me in a smoke free home with all the love and care when making items for my family. Depending on how many orders I get at a time I try and get orders done within 1 - 2 weeks if longer I well always let you know :).
If you would like something that is not featured on my page please do ask as I can usually make it, if I can't I would let you know asap. To place an order either msg me, email me at [email protected] or leave a post under the photo :)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment is required within 7 days unless otherwise arranged after order is completed. Contact is also required within 24 hours please.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars. Items can be posted throughout NZ and oversea's at the buyers expense

PICK UPS ARE WELCOME :)

Re Colours - as we all know, colours can differ on different PC's and Monitors. I do my best to capture the true colours but some are more difficult than others. I’ll always try to describe the colour if different.

More than happy to combine postage! :)

Postage costs depends on the Size of the parcel

I use NZ post, usually a $4.00 or $5.00 bag. These are UNTRACKED and at your own risk.
If you would like Track and Trace please specify this at time of ordering and I’ll let you know the additional cost.
I post up to 4 times a week :)

NZ post takes up to 3-5 days to deliver parcels. Sometimes they arrive the next day after I post them... sometimes not! Please allow up to 5-7 days for package to arrive to you. At busy times, like Christmas or public holidays it may take longer.

If you are not happy with your order, please contact me and I will try to put it right. Unfortunately I DONT refund/return if u have chosen the wrong size. If you are unsure PLEASE ASK!

If for any reason you return something for a refund I do not refund postage costs.

Some of my items contain small parts and therefore should not be used by babies unsupervised. (Your common sense needs to be used here!)
