What a lovely caring team of people. Loved my visit thank you!
Did a inspection re buying in, nice location, nice house, nice people. Unsure of the financial conditions, as we would not own the house, and the buy back will give a very large depreciation of investment. Needs a very indepth consultation before committing.
Very pleasant retirement housing with other facilities a way off completion yet. The units have some interesting features such as 2 toilets and a purpose made computer space. Beautifully landscaped around the finished units. Well worth a look.
One of the nicest Villages in the Waikato and will have amazing facilities, incl care facilities, when it's finished. Villas are high-quality and spacious, available in different sizes/price points. Purchase is via industry typical ORA. Rules are more accommodating than many of the bigger corporate places. Staff are super friendly and when I was there they were having a happy hour and the residents spoke about the Village in glowing terms. =
Hard to find and a little way out of Paeroa. Sales lady was very pleasant and informative. Good views. About a 20 to 25 min walk into Paeroa with usual shops. Need a car to live here and when you can't drive you may feel cut off from friends you left in the big city. But altogether a good retirement option together with those reservations. Long term you may need to accept that's where you live and stay put.
