Excellent customer service from Molly. Took time to fit boots rather than just sell me any old pair. Great atmosphere and selection of all outdoor gear.

Best customer service!!!  Measured my feet width and length, advised which shoes would be best, let me take my time to make sure they were going to be the best purchase.  Absolutely the place to go in CHCH for any sporting outdoor supplies.  Not ever going to the 'other' major shops who only are there to work the tills.  F/F are far superior in knowledge and want to see you walk out with the best items fit for purpose.

Absolutely fantastic customer service - Erin went above and beyond helping me sort a problem, was friendly, easy to get in touch with and gave regular updates until my parcel arrived safe shipping was also pretty darn speedy!. My new Montane jacket is PERFECT. So happy. Can't recommend these people enough

Simply the best in Christchurch, even on South Island found so far. Excellent customer service, they helped us with getting a replacement for a broken tent pole, buying new hiking boots was awesome in the store. They have all you need for your next trip. Highly recommended outdoor store!
