Received beautiful service today, I’m sorry I didn’t catch the sales associates name but she looked amazing in black velvet culottes and had brunette bob, but she was so kind and welcoming, very helpful and informative. The shop itself is so stunning, me and my Mum were amazed as we walked through the marble entrance. It feels like a designers studio I felt like sitting on the beautiful couches with a wine! Anyway I love my pieces from today, wish I lived closer so could shop more often! X
Disappointed. I needed a new bra and didn't know my size, checked online, Lonely advertises a bra fitting service. Was asked my size tried on various bras and settled for one style, bought 2. Wore the 1 and it was definitely not supportive enough, was the wrong size, uncomfortable. I returned the second one unworn in its packaging and was told we can only give you a credit not refund you! Not sure how this relates to the consumer guarantee act but will find out. And there doesn't appear to be anyway to see other merchandise to utilize my credit online. So bottom line I have paid for two bras, got one. Not good value for my money. Won't be back...
Hilariously bad service for a premium brand. The retail assistants closed the whole shop for a break, then once they let us in, one was out back while the other doodled pictures in her notebook with us standing right in front of her waiting for service. There was nobody else in the store. I already try to avoid lonely because of the weird conspiracy scandal and this just reaffirmed my decision never to shop there again
I have since received a very pleasant email from the manager, I am now satisfied my experience was not common place. She was kind and thoughtful in her dealings with me. I have reviewed my rating to reflect this. My friend and I visited for the first time looking to buy a swimsuits as they supposedly cater to women of all shapes, staff were dismissive of us, a well known Wellington designer arrived, her and her friend were greeted warmly, offered lots of assistance and sparking water while they continued to ignore us. An unpleasant experience and would not recommend.
Such a beautiful store with great service! Emma in the Wellington store is so lovely, she has been so patience with me to help me find my perfect bra. I am happy to say I now have thanks to her : everything in there is just gorgeous.
LOVE this store. I find it very challenging finding bras that fit, for years I could only wear one brand which I specifically ordered from the Netherlands. Now I finally found another brand, and so gorgeous. Also great service, I appeared to have the wrong size and was told it would get bigger; this wasn’t the case. They were great about returning it.
Visiting Lonely was the most wonderful experience! Emily was lovely and so helpful and I felt like I was having a luxurious experience! Got a lovely set that is so comfortable and I can't wait to wear and get more! Thanks Emily!
Lonely Wellington is a beauifully designed, thoughtful space. I am always greeted by the lovely ladies that work here and they always go above and beyond to help me find what I am after. Definitely on my list of top places to visit in Wellington. Thanks to Becca and her beautiful team for always making me feel welcome.
