Not recommended.....nI paid $365 for sons birthday party.nnI was disappointed my party guests complained of room smelling gross of very offensive body odor, requested air freshener they gave me an empty can. No one was in room prior not a smell coming from my guests. Guests commented that the place always smells.nnDisappointed with tuna and beetroot sandwiches with spice in it.... I didn't order as part of adult platers at all. Cold fish bites, hotdogs and fries for children. Which I requested ham n cheese sandwiches and chicken nuggets.nnQueried this with Cafe staff said that nothing was in the paperwork. Poor communication within company and disappointed me and my daughter couldn't eat because she's allergic to eggs and I'm allergic to seafood. They did refund $70 but it just wrecked the party not having food we could eat n hot food being so cold, stinky smell while eating.nnThe dressed up cat only came out at 3.45pm interacted with my child for a few seconds and staff started telling my guests they were closing at 3.40pm then again came back 5mins later saying they were closing. I booked party from 2-4pm.nnFelt stressed having to pack up presents and get out so abrupt. Door staff member yelling from desk we are closed, leave gate open when I had a toddler running around.nnI give one star for the free drink bottle and they lollies and fairy bread enjoyed by the birthday boy.nnWill not come again...
It was great. Kids had hours worth of fun, although it was busy it was clean and tidy.nThe kitchen messed up our order but management was awesome and sorted it for us along with a refund, not many business honour there mistake these days but they Deffnitley did. Will be back for sure!
If I was able to I wouldn’t even give this “business” one star!nStaff starting physical fights with customers.nClosing the kitchen while hosting birthday partys but then the staff still serving their own family. Absolutely disgusting! The place needed a good clean it was a mess!nMy children don’t want to go back and even if they did I wouldn’t take them! Owner needs to look the staff as there obviously not doing there jobs.!
Was a bit worried about going there after reading the reviews, but it was great, staff very friendlynThe food good and they were always cleaning.nI will take my grandson back
One star is too much to give this business. Not a safe and secure environment for children at all! Staff fighting customers and smashing and crashing kitchen plates and cutlery with children left standing there screaming. Traumatising for children and customer service is absolutely terrible, have emailed with my concerns and get one reply back saying management will be in touch asap now after over 5 emails I’ve sent still haven’t heard anything back. Will never be taking my children back here again.
