Tony, the owner operate of this business is absolutely fantastic at his role. I have been using his service for almost 20 years. He always arrives on time, cleans the chimney of the wood box without leaving any mess behind. In addition to this we have also come up with some creative ways to fix issues. There have been a few emergencies e.g. the chimney blowing off the roof in storms & Tony has turned up immediately to administer appropriate repairs, thus limiting the volume of water coming into the house. Tony is outstanding. We have a great business relationship, and I would trust him with the keys to my house if required. Tony has an amazing smile & loves a good laugh. Nothing is a problem. Tony wants to do the best job & he meets his high levels of service.

Absolutely great experience! We had a problem with our rain cap not working as it should and instead of replacing it for $600 like the other company suggested it's been slightly modified costing us only $80.
