Nice little shopping area, with what you need. Plenty of parking when I was there but looks like a place that gets busy. Easy in and out if you are travelling and wanting to avoid going into Tauranga or Mt Manganui

A pleasant outdoors shopping facility on ground level only, spread over a large area. This is not a mall. All shops accessible from footpath, includes wheelchair access. Ample parking. Lots of good establishments - bar with restaurant, takeaways, cafes etc mostly at the northern end.

Went to Kmart and had dinner at The Orchard was a great meal. Loved the deer and elfs at the shopping center. Such fun for the children.

Nice and tidy new shopping centre. Plenty of choices for cafes, food and clothing stores. It's out of Tauranga so you won't get the hustle and bustle of a normal centre- worth a visit if you're in need of a new chilled place to shop.

Very popular so much so that it was hard to find parking. Decent selection of shops and foodhall options.
