Have to say, Excellent. Found this place by a Google search and we were delighted we did as it was excellent. From once we entered the premises the staff was so friendly but hands down it was the food that won us over. I would travel to go to this place again. Cosy restaurant with onstreet parking. 100% recommend
The aroma when we passed by lured us in for my first try with Pakistani. Early bird menu was good, very happy with the ice cream
The food is fabulous but whenever I’ve ordered takeaway the delivery has taken at least 2 hours! Sometimes longer… and each time they’ve said it will be no longer than 70 minutes… they also don’t seem to be very sorry about it, offer a discount or anything! I’m not sure I’ll order takeout again which is a shame as the food is good.
My first time to The Mint Cottage. Well worth a visit for some good Asian / Pakistan food. Reasonable value too. I went with a group of 5 at 4pm when they opened. Food was fresh and hot...good. I hope to be back again.Food: 5/5
Sadly, the worst and most disappointing Asian food I've had in my life. A child in a kitchen would have done better than the chef. The chicken and fish starters were tasteless. The batter on the fish was a bit raw, and the Chicken Tikka Masala was watery, spiceless and very forgetful. My wife and I left more than half of the food, we just couldn't eat it. The staff was attentive and lovely though. There was no manager on site and no one cared whether our food experience was at least acceptable. To be honest, they would have probably messed up a complimentary tea.
Unfortunately our curries were either watered down or microwaved from frozen. Very little taste and watery. It’s a shame, the standard is normally much better. We raised it with the waitress but nothing was done. Pretty bad customer service in my opinion. You’ve lost a loyal customer I’m afraid.
Reasonable prices for very decent meals. Curry’s are always 10/10 service is good wouldn’t be mad on their starter selection but that’s more just personal choice I’ve dined in numerous times and done take out
Excellent Asian restaurant. Very pleasant ambiance.Large and varied menu and attractive presentation of the food.Service excellent. Very reasonably priced and well worth a visit.
Absolute must for Pakistani/Indian food lovers. Amazing value and dishes are simply gorgeous. Toilets are spotless. Staff are very friendly and professional too. Top restaurant. Highly recommended.
This was the first time surely will not be the last we tried this Pakistani restaurant. The food was amazing, the taste was amazing as if we were having it in Birmingham. The curries were light and what i mean by that is there weren't too oily and i ate too much without realizing. The service was super also. Place started to get full around 8. Although they don't have chai on their menu but they made us on our request and it was the best chai we ever in Dublin. Highly recommended
