LIT Fitness is a new Whanganui based venture offering group fitness classes and personal training services to anybody looking to begin their fitness journey and/or improve/maintain their health & fitness.
What we provide?
LIT Ftiness will provide a cardio-vascular based workout through many different methods of training from HIIT (High intensity interval training), Circuit training to Boxfit training with a hint of muscular endurance as well as strength and conditioning designed to get the heart pumping and the sweat dripping.
Our timetable at this current time is Tuesdays 6.45pm / Thursdays 6.00pm @ Inspire Health & Fitness Centre - Group Fitness Room, 32 Wilson Street, Whanganui, LIT runs on a "First Class Free" policy with $5.00 per class charge following your first class.
