Story

My mission is to make the buying and selling of real estate as stress-free as possible for YOU by providing the highest level of service and getting YOU the best price.

Yes it is all about YOU, that is why YOU will get my fullest attention at all stages of the process ... buyers and sellers.

I believe in long-term client relationships, so to ensure you stay happy I deliver an exceptional real estate experience. But not only that ... I also provide accurate and up-to-date market information, skilled analysis and sound advice, with a smile.

Having a strategy is a good thing, so I ensure we create a carefully targeted campaign that combines traditional and innovative marketing approaches, new technology is definitely our friend.

Basically we 'show-off' your property. Shake the pom poms, create a fuss, get people talking .... great photos and a video does that nicely.

I like to keep communication open, love efficiency and am certainly reliable, i trust you will like those values also. My focus will be to make the process easy through transparency and action.

How does I know what I know?

1. Business expertise: I have owned and managed a boutique wine importation, wholesale and retail business, which fine-tuned my contract management, sales and negotiation skills. I worked across every facet of the business presenting and negotiating with some significant retailers. "My palate is ever grateful for the increased 'tasting' education".

2. Property IQ: I commenced my "property apprenticeship" in my early 20s, with the first of many renovations and new builds. The family business is property development; the most recent project was the creation of a new sub-division... property is in my blood.

3. From the farm to Fine Arts: A hardworking farmer's daughter with a love of art and design led me to a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and over 10 years in the design industry working with both aesthetic and systematic design processes... yet my gumboots are never far away!
