I am not an alcohol drinker at all but my husband is and I will often go into liquorland to buy my husband his Johnny Walker, the customer service is outstanding. The people are always friendly and willing to help someone who doesn't drink with a good laugh. They make me feel comfortable going in there. It is impeccably clean as well.
I really pushed the limit by starting my "before 12pm for same day delivery" at 11.54am. My order was finished and in at 11.57am and delivered by 2pm. Fantastic service!
I am not an alcohol drinker, I went into Liquourland to buy my husband whiskey and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my shopping experience and my husband really enjoyed his whiskey. The service is always excellent!
Going in Level 3 Lockdown once again!, on the morning of our 34th Wedding Anniversary my husband and I could no longer celebrate by going out as planned. I decided to make a nice dinner at home accompanied by Cocktails and Wine ordered from our local store, in Snells Beach. The service for the Click and Collect option on the Website was very easy, and at the time of picking up the order up the service was quick, effortless and friendly.
Firstly, I DONT DRINK ALCOHOL. If I am gifting or supplying alcohol for any reason, this is the franchise I choose over the other 2 in the community. Knowledge of product, support, layout, selection are all top knotch. Pricing in competitive but realistically ON PAR with competition. Parking at the door. No public Conveniences available. Handy to Gull, TWH and food outlets. Salty Dog Hotel & Accomodations right behind the shop.
