I have to be honest. I came here hoping I might get a good bottle of Gin and some good tonic to go with it.nnWhat a selection of Gin and tonic. And I don't mean RTDs. Not to mention the whisky selection! But I was here for the Gin this time and I had a hard time choosing!nnI came away with a bottle of Kawakawa gin from the Kapiti coast and Weirdly Normal Kawakawa Tonic with citrus. A nice combination.nnA great store with knowledgeable friendly staff.
What an awesome place! If you want to experience customer service, these are the people. Went right out of their way to source something for me that they didn't stock, even though they didn't even get the money for the item.
Jayde is a rockstar! Rang, explained my problem and Jayde solved it for me. Great service.
Great customer service! And location just down the road from my house! It's lovely and tidy inside aswell with awesome specials
The Liquorland in Ohakune is consistently a friendly and welcoming zone. The staff are chatty and knowledgeable. Prices are comparatively cheap and the range is good for a small town shop. Bonus points for the neighbourhood cat - Stripes - who visits every day. He is friendly and gorgeous!
