The lady working today was incredible rude. Did nothing but stare me down and reply with a sharp no when I asked if they had a particular drink. By the looks of another review that someone else has left, it seems to be the same employee.
I was disgusted by the indecent service I recieved in this particular liquourland store. The lady who served me didn't greet me at all once I approached the counter and continued to stand and stare me up and down while I awaited service. She made an assumption, with a rude tone, that I was with another person, who I assume was denied service for whatever reason and continued to look me up and down. I understand she is doing her job and cannot serve a particular audience however this was disgracefully done and she could have been a lot more polite. This employee should be sat down and re taught what good customer service is. The beer was lovely though, thank you.
Great place to buy your booze! Staff were really friendly and went out of there way to help when we couldnt find what we wanted. Suggested alternatives, showed us things that were on special and generally took there time to help us. As a result we bought more than we went in for and the wines they suggested were just right.
Good selection of products, clean store, very friendly and helpful staff. Good prices, a price to suit all budgets.
I must say Everytime I have been in store the service has been supreme!! I respect that !
