Extremely rude shop owner/staff. he asked me to put his rubbish away. Other customers had dropped their labels and this middle aged guy asked me to put that rubbish in the bin. there was so much arrogance in his tone. It was not my job to throw his customers rubbish in the bin. He should’ve asked those customers to not litter in the shop instead of asking me to throw that rubbish away. Just because i dropped a paper on the floor by mistake and then picked it up immediately. I strongly DO NOT recommend visiting this guys shop. He doesn’t even show respect to his customers. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
Only place I could find so sort out my Evri parcel return. Staff really friendly and helped me on the phone and in store. Seems like they are lovely to their locals too when observing interactions.

refused to honour a lotto win of £40. asked for card back and he said he had put it in bin and no chance of finding it. i have sharp hearing and i didnt hear him swipe the scratch card in the machine. I know and will never give my custom there again
Loyal customer for fifteen years, but went in there today and wouldn't except a £4 payment because it was in 10p coins. And when I tried to protest, all I get is attitude!! So thats a couple of grand per annum in revenue these idiots have lost.
Very hostile and unhelpful, couldn't of felt more unwelcome. Needless to say ive never been before and will never go again.
Over stocked for small space. Little if no COVID awareness, cramped, very poor customer service
Bit of everything for sale at just above average prices. Unfriendly service constantly but convenient location. Cash only for PayPoint purchases
