I had an emergency regarding damp and was calling around for quotes and received a callback from Amelia who listened to my worries and asked me to send photos through. Within a couple of hours they came out to survey the gutter and took photos and confirmed the gutters weren’t the issue.  They didn’t charge me for the callout and even promised to send me the photos to show to other tradesmen to get to the bottom of my problem. Was also advised to contact my neighbour regarding their guttering as this would cause problems for me in the long run. I found their customer service exceptional and they were very helpful! Would highly recommend following the excellent job done clearing the weeds from my guttering and soffit and fascia clean. They also did a great job on my windows which hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time.  I have now set up a regular window clean and find the message you get the day before they will be arriving a really useful ‘extra’ service.  Easy method of payment so there is no problem if you will not be at home.   Very professional company.
