Beautiful University. Many post grad and research options available. Parking available through gate 3.
Very good university! Lovely campus.
Great value and wonderful plants at the LU nursery sale even went back for more
There is a small 6 hole disc golf course here with no teeing off areas and not much space around the cages. It is more of an artistic garden with a disc golf course in it. Each hole was about par 2 to 3.
Super-expensive to study for international students! Though, when compared to other universities in NZ, this may be the cheapest if you've got a scholarship. The only building that really looks good is the library building, which looks like a Disney castle / palace. No wonder that's the one most prominently seen in photos. These little things taken aside, it's quite a decent place to gain knowledge from. The library has many ancient volumes of textbooks which are hard to find elsewhere. The classrooms give the feel of a presentation hall. The labs are equipped well for only a small group of students. The teaching staff are pretty well-experienced and come well prepared. The student center is very responsive. There are lots of places to relax and chill after a heavy day of classes. The WiFi network is good and quick. The student health center is a place where you'll definitely head off to in case of sickness, which isn't unusual. The monthly campus magazines are pretty fun to read. There's plenty of parking space, but on a busy day be sure to be early or all spots could be taken up. Staying on campus in the university accommodation was an unforgettable experience though.
They run many programs for students such as assistance to learning related matters. Has got labs, nice and facilitated library and cafeteria. Food trucks too. Many extra curricular activities too. A gym, but not remember if it was free. If u r a student there, take the maximum out of that. Calm and quiet, developing township with almost everything u need. Was a postgrad student there.
Great Setting New Zealand's most respected and famous University. Located right in the city on a beautiful campus. Old with a lot of charm.
Excellent facilities, well organized and well looked after. Their group exercises is second to none. Amazing experience!!!
My time at Lincoln 40 years ago was so much fun and yet we worked hard for our degrees or other qualifications. This university is so very different and very much like a family. We were more isolated so we did things together. Still friends 40 years later and we had a reunion earlier this year and had a look around.... Go Lincoln. You are great. Looking forward to the time when you can offer Hort Science degrees again, too.
Best gym I've ever visited. A little bit expensive, but it's fine! Have taken really great measures to keep COVID-19 in check! Wonderful and friendly management!
