Lilliput is an unbelievable piece of NZ farmland, and Kiwi culture for children, animal lover and adults alike.

Story

Lilliput Farm Fun & Animal Park is based in a beautiful ten-acre piece of authentic New Zealand land, a miniature farm of sorts with:

• 125 Animals, not including all our Birds
• A Large Picnic Area
• Children’s Toys
• Play-Things all throughout the Park
• Pony Rides
• Hay Trailer Rides
• Tourist Attraction - Scenery

We even offer Lilliput as a venue for birthday parties!
We have been operating for the last 10 years and nothing means more to us than customer satisfaction – so join us to have a unique experience with a bunch of friendly staff!

Our Hours are - Weekdays Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm... Saturday and Sunday, Holidays (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and we are open a half day on Anzac) 10 am - 4 pm... And we are not open in bad weather.

Kids loved this place, cheap to get in and after you walk around and feed the animals, take a picnic on a nice day and enjoy the picnic area / play ground for the kids... a must do if you have young kids in Taupo.

Our kids had a blast. All the animals were super friendly and the kids adored cuddling the guinea pigs at the end. Had to drag them back to the car. The staff member on was very accommodating especially since we arrived as he had just packed up to close. Thank you so much for reopening for us, much appreciated!
A little run down but still a great place to visit and feed the animals!
Lilliput was a blast. A little ginger pig followed us most of the way around. All of the animals are friendly, some very friendly. And there's good info sheets on most of them. Some enclosures were empty, and a deer and llama got switched up and we couldn't find the info sheet for the deer, but we had so much fun.
Our wee granddaughter had a lovely morning thinking she was a "big kid" feeding the animals. All the animals were very gentle, and lots of activities for slightly older kids as well. The park is lovely and peaceful and very welcoming. We noticed all the children and parents thoroughly enjoying themselves. Spot on Bev!
What a hidden little gem:0 Great place for kids to stretch their legs and break up a trip. Hand feeding alpacas, donkey, pigs, horses as well as up close and personal to some other little friends. A lot of work has, and still is, being done ti make this place really magical.
Awesome spot for a packed lunch and a walk around. Friendly service
