Worst Customer Service Ever, the property tried to take our money twice claiming it wasn't paid at the first time. We went out one day & came to find that there was people in the apartment who left dirty dishes & garbage in our rubbish bin and also moved stuff around. The Property Manager was useless & when we called to ask about things his answer was I don't know. Well if you don't know anything about the property why are you listed as a contact number??!!!! and when we told him about all these problems he said So what is the problem?....Seriously??!!!!!! We had to carry our 3 massive suit cases down the stairs in order to take the lift as there is no ramp or trolleys or even anyone to help with the luggage. The reception closes at 6:00PM & on Sunday. there is no space to store our luggage as we had a flight at 7:00PM the apartment doesn't have hair dryer or Travelling adapter. well if you are charging tourists $550 per night this is the least you can provide. This place is a fraud and this is the worst customer experience we ever had in an accommodation
Worst Place In Auckland - Property manager was absolutely rude & useless. He was not willing to help at all and every question we ask he says I don't know. He kept insisting that we didn't pay although i sent him payment proof & wanted to take the money twice. Just a fraud and there is no facilities provided for travelers, no reception after 6pm and no reception on weekends. No Travelling adapter in the apartment for tourists, no Hair Dryer. Only one key and one access swipe for a two bedroom apartment!

Horrible experience! Do Not Ever Book This Place! No service, false advertising and not worth a dollar. I had the worst experience at this place and I would recommend everyone to stay away from them.
Horrible customer service, no facilities for taking luggage to our apartment. Someone entered our apartment while we were away and moved stuff around not cleaners because nothing was cleaned

Excellent location try danny doolans bar great music and atmosphere.cant fault the appartment defo worth a revisit.
Arrived to try and find office for keys in rush hour 15 from apartment Rude manager then on arrival had to climb two flights of stairs with no lift.Shocking .
Awesome apartments well equipped and nicely presented.
Very nice rooms and facilities, would recommend.
