What a lovely haven discovered whilst following the Lil River Trail. Gorgeous place - i had a good rest just sitting and admiring everything.
Lovely walk, you can feed the ducks and see the eels. The path carries onto the rail trail.nOne side is gravel and one paved. The gravel was easy enough to walk with a pushchair.nWish it had a bin. Maybe I did but I didn’t see itnThe ducks were very friendly and lots of places to stop for a picnic. Not much shade on the tracks so be sure to bring suncream.
Great place to visit with the kids.nThe paths are great for kids and their bikes.nThe eels are something else. Take food for them.nThe swing is fun.
Great place for a family walk or a picnic. Cool streams and eels!
Absolutely beautiful park to go for a walk,also if you have dogs. Take the children to where the eals are. It's very well looked after and definitely worth going there
