We have bought a number of products from Lifestyle Focus and have not been disappointed yet. Often refer them to freinds who comment on the things we have. The customer service has been great, any questions we have etc, always a great response. They are also proactive too if there may be an order issue.
We have had one of these units for 11 years, just replacing it now as we are starting to get some rats in the ceiling. We live by a stream and our house was a rat run prior to us moving in. The previous owners recommended it as it fixed the problem for them. Apart form the odd mouse when the weather gets colder, it has done it's job well. Thanks Pestrol
Purchased some Magtox rabbit control pellets. They were out of stock but I was kept informed as to when they would be back in stock and the pellets arrived promptly just a couple of days after they came back into stock. Price was competitive, communication great and delivery fast. All good
Very happy with the BBQ cover, the only place that does Extra, Extra Large BBQ covers! Had to wait for them to come back in as they were on back order. But it was a quick wait.
I purchased a 2pack of filta XL microfiber tea towel set 45cm × 70cm from their online page, I was kept updated from the moment my order was received until it was delivered to my door, the tea towels are wonderful, one wipe streak free dry, I will never buy another brand of tea towels again
I bought a solar repeller which was recommended to me by Pestrol to scare birds away from my garden. The product did not work for me. Several phone calls and messages later I received a phone call from John the managing director. He was extremely rude and dismissive. He kept denying that there was any fault with the product and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else who was at least courteous. They took my credit card details and said I would get a refund in the next couple of days. If I don't receive one I will be taking the matter further. I cannot recommend this company after being spoken to in such a terrible way by the person who manages this place. There is such a thing as customer service and satisfaction. Sadly the person who runs this company doesn't believe in those things. There are other companies out there who sell pest control products that will refund your money in a polite and timely fashion if you are unhappy with a product. Steer clear of Pestrol
Mosquito traps work great. Pricey but effective. Minor issues with fan and light on one but replacement was sorted and lights are replaceable. Only issue I’ve had was shipping address and note for delivery on the order somehow was not carried through when payment was made and it was shipped to the wrong address even after email to say no. Unsure where the package ended up. Left to resolve when I return from holidays.
Ordered some products, the courier label they printed didn't hv the delivery information. So courier post couldn't deliver item on time. Tried contacting them regarding this-no apology from the person who spoke to me & she offered another solution, which was going to even further delay the delivery of the item. Very poor customer service. Not happy with them.
I purchased a West Bend Pure Water Distiller 22 years ago , fantastic product still as good as new , replaced the switch 10 years back ,wich was repaired and returned promptly by Courier. No issues with filters either. Would recommend
