Just started here about 4 weeks ago. Got most things I need.. good people and staff.. Not bad for a small town gym.. I'm happy. Chur
Machinery not in good condition. Most is broken and will never be fixed by the looks of it. Place needs a good overhaul and some tlc. Expensive casual rate for what it is. No first aid kit or fire extinguishers. Very basic.
Friendly and helpful staff. A small gym but a great gym. Other class or fitness options besides the gym itself.
Was quite in a bad state, previous owner wasnt reinvesting back into the business, NOW under new management, has new equipment inbound, E.T.A late december, early jan, she has a direction and plan where she wants her business to go, cheaps rate , $16.50pw, and 24hr access for members, improving over time, once she has wants she needs to upgrade fully, be a great local facility for the area
Good basic gym. Not crowded but plant of gear. Bit dated and worn walls and carpet, but not what I go for so all good
One of the worst gyms I've trained at in the 17 years of training at different gyms. No air conditioning, equipment looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s, gym hasn't been looked after
I go here 6 times a week and love it.
Great place. No pain without gain! No, wait, other way around!
Though old it has got all the basics ...good
