If I could give zero stars I would. Firing a loyal, trusted and hard working employee. Only because he refused to wear a mask. He did not refuse to comply with the company or it's policies. He is exercising his physical right not to be hindered while breathing. By a mask that provides little, if any, protection. I'm not saying you should be ashamed, or wagging a finger. I'm only saying, please come to the present. It has been proven the masks do not prevent the spread of any virus contained in droplets. As well, Pfizer has proven their jabs do not stop the spread of Covid 19. In other words, an employee exercising their bodily autonomy is within their constitutional rights. Please reverse this decision, you're losing a good worker.
I hope the employee you fired for no good reason sues you. Stop trying to enforce stupid policies that you know many of your employees are against and do better
