Walked into the store with my daughter and was followed around by staff. It made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured while browsing the shelves for skin care for my daughter. In staffs defense I was wearing track pants, so maybe they thought I was trying to steal something... who knows? I said to the staff member " I feel very uncomfortable that you are following me around the store and checking the shelves after I have looked at them" to which she replied " I work here I can do whatever I want". I definitely will never shop here again. I am a business owner myself and I would never talk to a customer like that. Absolutely terrible service
LONG STORY SHORT : ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AT LIFE PHARMACY Buying makeup, LA girl had a deal to buy 3 things and get a free eyeliner. When the bill came I was not only charged for the eyeliner but there was 2 eyeliners! I had absolutely no idea that these eyeliners had been added to the bag! If anyone had been in a rush they would've been unknowingly ripped off. I got my money back but not after the hassle of showing my server the sign that says "buy 3 things and get an eyeliner FREE" and the server having to check with several other staff before reluctantly giving my money back for one of the eyeliners and I had to ask to get the money back for the second eyeliner too! Not impressed and not coming back
Awesome, bright and beautiful shop! Has a good range of products and staff that are always friendly.
