A great pharmacy. The ladies who work there are so helpful and personable.

The pharmacists are seriously the most helpful ladies! Helen went above and beyond for me today and even called me back with updates/solutions for me.

Siobhan and Ji were really helpful when I needed extra assistance with a script and all the staff are really welcoming and happy to help when visiting the store, a true community pharmacy a pleasure to visit with lots of gifts and other items all well priced. Been going here for decades and recently even more often and Peter and Vanessa give COMMUNITY support, could never get this kind of service elsewhere, shop local it’s worth it.

Great Pharmacy with very helpful staff when I enquired about putting together a COVID Kit and recommended pain relief and everything I needed. Feel much more prepared now, thank you Life Pharmacy Pakuranga :

As I was searching the shelves for what seemed like ages the pharmacist would approach everyone else but me, had to go to the counter and she seemed miffed to serve me, and she never asked if I had a life card before ringing my order through. I don't want to pull the RACE card out.

Called up to ask if they do passport photos and they said yes on the phone and then said when I got to shop a bit confusing and time wasting.

The people at this pharmacy are friendly people. The shop is always clean and tidy and the service is exemplary. The staff go out of their way to help whenever they can. I give this pharmacy 5 stars for perfection.

Great pharmacy been going here forty years. Peter is awesome.

I went to the Botany branch to get folic acid, as advised by our doctor while trying to start a family. The pharmacist recommended a multi supplement which I bought. On the way home, I started to look through what was in the tablets and realised it was a lot more than I wanted, which was just folic acid. I was a bit uncomfortable with this, so decided to go into Pakuranga my local branch and ask if I could exchange for something that was just folic acid. I had only bought the tablets 20 mins earlier and they were still completely sealed. I had the receipt but the Manager refused to allow me to change them, as "we don't sell that much and so we will get stuck with them" She said that I would have to return to Botany branch, which I find absolutely outrageous. I will no longer shop at the Pakuranga branch as they clearly do not have a genuine interest in their customers. Incredibly disappointed in the service.

Love life pharmacy don't get me wrong but when i was colour matched for a estee lauder double wear foundation the beautician matches me with the wrong colour now I look like a orange fake. Waste of $69 and now stuck with the wrong shade I can't wear
