18 April 2022 The heart of our community, pharmacist Peter Bailey went out of his way to help me today. I had run out of medication and I always get my repeat meds on a Monday. Unfortunately with today being Easter Monday and I was out of the country last week, I was unable to get my Dr to send through a script as they were closed. Peter rung around and managed to track down my Doctor and get permission to dispense enough medicine to get me through until the doctor surgery opens tomorrow. If you are looking for a pharmacy that goes out of there way to help, I totally recommend Peter and Gary from Life Pharmacy Emerson St Napier. On a side note, my cousin was in town from Auckland for the sailing regatta this past weekend and had forgotten to pack a couple of personal items, Good Friday EVERYTHING was shut, Life Pharmacy just happened to be open for a couple of hours doing RAT tests for people travelling internationally, even though the doors were closed the team opened for her so she could purchase a couple of items. She said that would never happen in Auckland. Good work
they always forget half your script, never take responsibility for mistakes. be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars in doctors fees to replace the scripts that they lose, or forget to do. if you have any choice in the matter, go somewhere else
Read times of opening and also on the covid-19 website said that we could pick up rapid testing between the hours of 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on a Sunday but to find that the place was closed if they are not going to stick to the hours that they have advertised could they please update the times very inconvenient as I've had to ask somebody else to pop in and pick up the test for us for retesting
This is our regular pharmacy, with a great range of stock, and friendly staff. We appreciate them working during the lockdown! Thanks a lot
