I have been here once to fill a prescription and several times for supplies to restock my first aid kit. I have always had a fantastic experience and the lovely staff have been so helpful. Thank you especially to Bridget who made my last trip there so quick and easy!

I have visited this pharmacy three times due to allergy issues, and each time the staff here has been incredibly patient and kind in helping me solve my problems. Despite my limited English proficiency, the people here have still made an effort to assist me. Last weekend, when I came here to buy allergy ointment, Allen helped me translate and communicate with the doctor for nearly an hour. I truly admire his patience and dedication, which made us feel very warm and welcomed in a foreign land.
We could attest previous negative reviews are true. We went there to buy a cough medication for our sick 2yo girl. After paying, we went back to the counter to buy a syringe, the staff Susie rudely asked me if I have paid for the medicine, i just let it pass. Having a toddler and learning to be independent, we let her take the medication in the syringe on her own but accidentally spilt very little syrup on the floorbarely noticeable as most was on her clothes. Susie told us off that we go out and give the medication outside with other customers listening and was shaking her head angrily. She walked towards us as we head out the store and stood over the area we spilt the meds and looked at us and shook her head again. The rudest treatment we got from any store we’ve been to let alone it is a health establishment. She looked like she worked there for a while but have learnt nothing from her job. Also noted that her attitude is different to customer of different color.
The staff are great, they really do try. I take medication for ADHD which is restricted, I have had instances of being made to feel like a dodgy drug seeker while trying to refill my prescription. No one wants to have ADHD and no one wants to take medication their entire life, so stop assuming everyone prescribed stimulant meds is a criminal of some sort.
