Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service at this location was disappointing. Staff seemed unapproachable and not very willing to assist when I had questions. I felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than properly addressed. Good service goes a long way in shaping a customer’s overall experience, and sadly, that was missing during my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service standards.
Absolutely terrible experience at Donna Kerr Pharmacy. I was shocked by the rude and dismissive attitude from Susie, who made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Her tone was unprofessional and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I expected a much higher standard of service, especially in a healthcare setting. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
This pharmacy constantly runs out of medication. The inventory management is atrocious.nSometimes you have to go here 3 or 4 days in a row to collect prescriptions which is a huge inconvenience.
Absolutely awful customer service - in fact there is none. Unfortunately I can only give you 1 star, if I could give you lower I would. To be honest I normally avoid this pharmacy and get scripts elsewhere, but needed something on the weekend, and now stuck coming here for 2 more repeats. Staff member was rude, made me feel like I was an inconvenience and a problem for her to deal with. Just awful.
Ignored while staff finished having their conversation. Always feelsnlike the customer is an inconvenience.
