Rang the store on the cell phone and get the three second phone call. "Sorry can't hear you" then clunk ... hung up on. There was no time for me to say anything. About as rude as it gets. Oh well, buy the Mrs $530 Elizabeth Arden Prevage online then. Looking through the reviews, rudeness is a fairly common complaint and a 2.4 out of 5.0 rating confirms what you need to know, that around 50% of their customers have a bad experience. So, avoid that and buy online. The checkout there is always polite.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews for this chemist. It’s been my local chemist for a long time I buy all my cosmetics and perfumes etc from here and have only ever had amazing service. There is a young blonde girl in cosmetics sorry can’t remember name but is always so so helpful and goes out of her way every time to help with anything. Will always be a customer.

We went to take some passport photos for our upcoming trip and when hubby asked the counter staff if that was possible, the lovely young lady Yana said that she would just be a few minutes with her current client. We said would wait by the self serve photo area as there was no one else there and we would be out of the way. The older lady then told my husband that we needed to wait outside the pharmacy and then added "Just because you wait inside, it wouldn't make the process faster" in a really nasty tone. How absolutely rude and condescending. We were perfectly happy to wait. We did not expect it to be taken immediately that's why we asked if it was possible to take our photos today. But when she said that to hubby, I went up to her and said "We do not expect it to be faster. We did not expect it to be taken immediately and that she was really rude. We just said we would wait by the self serve photo area. There was literally NO ONE in the shop in that area. I felt like she was being so rude to me as I was Asian and really talking down at me. There was no apology from her or anyone regarding how she spoke to us. And on top of that she then said under her breath "Well I was going to apologise but now I'm not because I confronted her. The lady that was having her photo taken before us then went to talk to her about her rudeness to us but she just ran away to the back room. You really need to address this issue as I don't think that this is the first time she's treated people like this. Honestly after this experience I don't think I will be going back I do really need to commend your other staff member Yana. She was absolutely lovely and amazing. She was really good in smoothing over the situation and made taking our passport photos a breeze.

Young lady who served me was cool! Old bag that was rude to a family who wanted passports photos after me was just down outright RUDE, I would go so far as to say RACIST!!!!! And when the mum questioned her on her rudeness she had nothing to say until another lady intervened. Laughed under her breath and said I was going to apologise but now I’m not!! I waited to pay for myself then excused her and gave her a serve. Old grey haired nasty old bag! She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! And if this is the accepted way this OLD BAG is allowed to behave, reading all of the other reviews, something is very wrong at Lifecare Pharmacy Chartwell. M Grace 16/10/22 3.30pm

Really can't even give it a 1 as I couldn't get in the door. A rather abrupt woman didn't accept my phone mask exemption. My actual card was at home as I haven't needed it for months. I said I'd go elsewhere & a rude remark was made. Many have encountered the same sadly. Anyway, she won't have to deal with me again as I won't be back. Goodbye Life Pharmacy, Chartwell!

Had to get covid booster vaccine so go to Chartwell inquire and was told to do walk in for vaccine 900 am till 1230 pm. Monday morning up early to get the jab waited 1/2an hour and they open then get told sorry have to do all booked vaccines first leave number for a call to come back and get done Half passed one no phone call at all. What a mickey mouse run store it is indeed .

Rude behaviour by staff members on photographs corner when complained she called Manager name AHMAD and manager came and did not even listen customer just listen staff and said you did not follow rules. Worst customer service and manager AHMAD don’t know what is good customer service. I went to get passport size photo done staff member said go out and wait outside I said we are looking other stuff in shop and can wait when other client gone. I came to ask other staff member I was not talking to the rude staff but she talk in middle and said you did not went out of the store to wait I was like we were looking other stuff she said rudely did you buy it. I was like do I have to buy it then she call manager and as mention he did not listen and straight away without listening customer saying me I did not follow the rule. I took Westfield management there to explain all hope they take some action. I can see here lot of low rating and that’s the reason where they have such manager what we can expect. Who don’t know how to deal with customer.

Needed passport photos done. Medical exeption for mask wearing did not matter to these people and I was told to wait outside by the door like a dog. No thanks, warwhouse stationary were happy to provide the service. I will never be back here.

I was told I had to wear a mask to enter. I explained I had a medical exemption she said not acceptable. I tried to explain that due to a horrifying incident when I was younger i was exempt. She said too bad we are a medical provider and the law states I have to wear one. SHAME ON YOU. My doctors/specialists/hospital don't require me too. I am putting in a complaint to the Human rights commission. Please don't support these terrible people

Saw a decent priced sunscreen on their website for $16 dollars but got into their store to find that it's actually $35. Would be helpful if the website mentioned 'online only offer'
