The pharmacist Named SHENG is giving Life Pharmacy a bad reputation, he could easily be replaced by a badly programmed computer, no consideration for people. Strange I did not believe this when I heard similar complaints from someone else. Shame on you.
Dishonest without mention that there is 10 dollars handling fees for ear piercings and enforced to buy antiseptic lotion which has been told we already have one at home.
It's handy how they are still open when I get off work. Staffs are always amazing giving out options and recommendations. If something is not available, they have creative solutions to meet my needs.
I love this store! The staff is amazing and cheerful! We got exceptionally great service at the Lancôme counter from Sarah! I will be back to see her for sure! All the other staff is kind and caring as well!
Rude, awful people. Incredibly long wait. They did not stock and were not willing to order much of my essential medication, expected me to carry large amounts of heavy items them got angry when I refused, and got my repeats wrong so I was without my medication and ended up becoming unwell. I have now switched to a much better pharmacy!
