Liddells Pharmacy

This morning I walked along King Street and wandered into a few shops on the way. some shop assistants were engaging, some were too busy with other things. I stopped at Liddells Pharmacy not sure of what I needed. The young ladies in the shop were very helpful. They understood what i was looking for. I walked out with more than I needed but really pleased I stopped there.

The team at Liddells Pharmacy is very professional and they offer great customer service. It's super easy to get what you need when the staff do everything to help you and make sure everything is done quickly so you can be on your way.

A wonderful group professional people doing what they do best, looking after the needs of the community, although on the day i visited they were being sorely pressed by impatient ungrateful customers. Some people need to grow up and stop harrassing amazing staff doing their jobs well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I've been going to Lidells Pharmacy for years. The service is always excellent; the staff are friendly and helpful; they always ensure that on order products are quickly sourced and always phone to arrange a pickup. This is a pharmacy which goes the extra mile for it's customers.

Liddell's Pharmacy Team are ever willing to help, with a ready smile and a competent knowledge of both products and medications. It is well stocked with a range of interesting merchandise and useful pharmaceuticals. There is a rear entrance with parking off Seddon Lane adjacent to Countdown. It is also convenient for other King Street shops and the Farmers Mall. First class.

The staff is amazing! I stopped in to get my Booster shot yesterday, they were stretched to the limit with a rush of people queing up for theirs as well. It was hot, chaotic and busy. The entire staff handled the pressure with grace and professionalism. This team deserves all the high fives, fistbumps and ECW's they can get for the hard yakka

I was thrilled to win a prize at the Franklin Arts Festival sponsored by Liddell’s Pharmacy. Liddell’s are always very supportive in the community. The family run business is supported by a friendly, knowledgeable team. A great range of products and excellent service, a real asset to the community.

I have been to a few pharmacies in Pukekohe but the staff at Liddells are amazing,always welcoming even during this very challenging year,truly they give the best customer service.
