Social fun netball games played from 5.45 pm Monday nights at Pahoia community hall
Pahoia social netball is run in the gym at Pahoia Primary school by some mums keen to get back on the netball court after some of us not playing since school years!
We have lots of mums and daughters play in an supportive environment and when weather permits we play outside.
It starts with a warm up from 5:45pm, where we do some basic drills to help us turn the netball brain on, or you can arrive for when games start at 6:15pm
The players are divided into 2 teams which we stay in for that night (so we don't get confused what team we are on) and every 10 minutes we break and switch around positions.
Those not on the court take turns with umpiring (or just the whistle to start the game)
