I tried the pies from this bakery, and they were beautiful.nYou can really tell they’re great at making pastry.nThe filling was a little bit salty for my taste, but not a big deal.nMy donut was beautiful too—really enjoyed it!
Hi Team, please stay focused. Have noticed that the quality and presentation of some products are not as great as they used to be. People come here because you stand out with a product that is hardly available elsewhere and highly enjoyed by many.
Went above and beyond to help me make my wife’s birthday a day to remember by baking a cake for us. Great service and highly recommended. Don’t mind travelling from chch city centre to have their food and coffee.
Great cafe, the smaller indoor seating area goes well with the french bakery atmosphere. My smoked chicken pie looked and tasted really good, with a generous amount of filling. The reason I didn't give the food 5 stars is the pastry was very soft and I like a bit more of a flaky pastry and to be able to hold the pie without feeling like it's going to fall apart.
Coffee was some of the most bitter I've ever had. Staff were lovely and remade the coffee, but the next one they made was just as bad.. Croissant and sausage roll were dense and underwhelming. A shame because I liked this bakery a few years ago. Hopefully it's just an off day?
