The best agency ever!!! Used to be named Lochore’s when we got their service. have to say the whole 1.5 year tenancy has been really great for us. The whole team is friendly, helpful and response very fast until the very end of our tenancy. BTW. The Birkenhead apartment was my favorite and also the property manager Heather!! Lots of love! Lochore's Birkenhead were our Property Management Company for the last 6 years. We were assigned Amy as our property manager and found her to be very professional with any issues we had over the years. Anything that needed fixing or replacing was promptly taken care of with a smile. We would also like to mention Rachel who runs the Lochore's Team and thank her for her professional management skills. Well Done Lochore's - 5 Stars.
This is the second time Lochores and Martin in particular helped us in real estate matters both purchase and sale. This time the circumstances were such that we had to sell our property while being temporarily overseas. Due to the pandemic we were unable to return back to Auckland. We were very worried how to organize all this and turned to Martin for help. The very first discussion with Marty brought us peace of mind and confidence that everything will be fine. Marty took all the problems that arose during the pre-sale preparation of the property into his own hands. His professional advice, confidence and calmness, industry knowledge, responsibility, decency definitely made the whole process smooth and less stressful. We consider it a great success to meet a professional of this level. The sale of real estate took place quickly, all emerging issues were resolved in a short time, the documentation was in perfect order. We would contact Lochores and Marty once further need arises :.
I have rented with Lochores for years, they have been great and super helpful. Amy and Rachel have always been so easy to deal with and understanding. Definitely would be my first option when looking for a place to call home.
Chris Gemmell was amazing to deal with when purchasing our first home. As a young couple, we found that we often got overlooked at open homes by real estate agents, but Chris was SO friendly and helpful right from first meeting. He was super genuine and honest the whole way through the process, and helped us succeed with our pre-auction offer to get into our first home! Lochore's also gave us an incredibly thoughtful house warming gift with the keys - stoked with the service we received!
I contacted Stephen and asked if he would act on my behalf. My expectations were timelines would be met, feedback from potential buyers would be given after the open homes and communication would be concise and accurate. Stephen not only fulfilled this criteria but went beyond what was required. Selling houses is always a stressful time and having a good agent is extremely important. Without a doubt, Stephen Wells is the best agent I have dealt with in over 45 years. Normally, I am not in the practise of making recommendations in business transactions, but in this case I recommend Stephen without reservation. My faith has been restored in appointing an estate agent to sell my property.
