Clean friendly family site. You can hear the sea at night which is less than a minute walk from camp

Visited family for the afternoon today, reception was very welcoming and our little Maltese dog on a lead was approved of as well. A nice relaxing stay!

We stayed here for a week. Awesome camp, lovely and peaceful, very clean and tidy. Reasonable rates. Staff very helpful. Pet friendly. Beach access with 4 wheeler not far away. Would happily stay again anytime. Well worth a visit. Easy bike ride to Pukeko Junction Cafe. Very central to Rangiora and Amberly.

During our travels around the south island we came across this hiden gem. The amenities were spotless,lovely position next to the beach.No traffic noise waking up to the sound of the sea and fully protected by a line of native trees. Our of the hundreds of stays we rated Leitchfield Beach holiday park in the top 5%.Thanks Chris and Val.

Cabin was very small and cramped for two but warm and bed very comfortable but overpriced at $80 per night plus you pay extra to have a hot shower. TV was same size as my laptop. Camp facilities all very clean and tidy. Lovely location.
