Got takeaway fish and chips and ate whilst taking in the view... awesome!
The wharf and boat launch in Leigh is really pretty. During low tide you can walk far on the rocks.nGetting there is a bit trepidatious. When you turn off the main road, you enter a very steep, very narrow winding one lane road. Downward traffic have right of way. It's very bendy, so you can't see oncoming traffic. If you meet another car while going down, they have to reverse out. The boat launch is also at a sharp angle next to this narrow winding road. It's a very pretty place, but definitely for seasoned drivers and boaties
I could never tire of Leigh. It's one of my favourite places in the World. I adore the magical stingrays that visit, and it's absolutely great for kayaking.
One of the most beautiful harbors to be seen from this wharf, fishing allowed but you must give way to any fishing boats wanting to tie up at the wharf.
Went for a sunset walk. It was clean and peaceful and has beautiful views to enjoy from the benches.
