We really loved our 2-night stay at Leigh Panorama B&B, located just a few km of the Goat Island Marine Reserve. The guests have a spacious space incl. bedroom, bathroom, and a sitting area, to themselves, and unrestricted access to a very well equipped and big kitchen, dining area as well as a big terrace with a wonderful view. The house is really charming and beautifully decorated and had everything we could have asked for. The hosts Penny and Ross have been just fantastic, so hospitable and helpful, they made our stay truly exceptional.
We had a lovely time staying here. Penny and Ross took us in last minute when our other BnB wasn’t able to which we are very grateful for! They were so welcoming and the room was so comfortable. They even posted our forgotten belongings after we left! It is in a beautiful part of the world which we loved exploring. I would definitely recommend staying here.
We spent a lovely weekend away with good friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. Ross and Penny were fantastic hosts. They were friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel very much at home. Loved the welcoming gift of homemade toffee!. The rooms were very comfortable and Penny turned on the electric blankets so the beds were very cosy ready for our return from dinner at a local restaurant.The breakfast the next morning was delicious and we had lots of choice. I would certainly recommend Ross and Penny's home as a superb place to stay.
Ross and Penny are exceptional hosts. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. Penny makes really good coffee too! Their place is super clean and we really enjoyed our stay!
Ross and Penny are exceptional hosts, warm, welcoming and conscious of giving guests space and privacy to enjoy every aspect of their beautifully comfortable home. They provided us with an AMAZING breakfast, homemade Welcome treats, fruit, biscuits and snacks. They readily shared their local knowledge of lovely places to visit and dine, including the FABULOUS Matakana Markets on Saturday morning! Ross and Penny’s home and gardens were immaculately presented, and we will not only be returning as often as we can in future, but we will also be giving them our highest recommendation to friends and family. Absolutely exceptional value for money.
