The heater panel inside our room was broken and the fridge was a bit noisy at night. There were some ants on the bed when we came and the room was overall damp. The grass was muddy with no concrete paths to walk on from the boat shed when it was raining, and the car couldn’t be parked right in front of the boat shed. I would not recommend staying at this place on rainy days.
What an amazing accommodation! We stayed there last night and was fabulous. The boat house we stayed in was really comfortable and immerse in nature. I really recommend to stay here!

Tried this place for a night away in the motorhome. Host very friendly. Site and facilities very clean and tidy. Walking distance to pub and Leigh Eats which is always helpful. Site pretty firm for middle of winter. Water and powered sites. Well recommended and we will be back.

Cute and clean accommodation in the Coastel room however I struggled with the noise of the other rooms due to the floorboards. I appreciate the owners are aware of this and have done all they can but i just found it hard to relax when I could hear footsteps, conversations, even toilet flushing in the other room. Bring your ear plugs.

Lovely quiet site in the heart of Leigh, just needs a footpath upto the kitchen area grass is a bit boggy when wet Would visit again.Location: 5/5
